We created a new business plan for EXTRA putting the implementation for a digital strategy as a top priority. We redesigned the website to allow for better advertising conversion and introduced a way of selling advertising online that allows advertisers to get the most value out of the marketing budget invested with EXTRA. The results of the strategy include winning over old customers and winning bigger budgets from existing customers who now see more value in EXTRA.
Led the turnaround process of converting the remains of a failed hotel business into one of the most promising small hotel brands on Curaçao by creating a hotel concept targeting cultural explorers and digital nomads. Managed the first year of business in order to implement operational procedures, staff training, marketing campaigns, F&B services and partnerships with TOs & OTAs.
Led the development of a new branding strategy that revitalized the brand identity of UTS under the "Feel the Connection" tagline. The campaign helped to strengthen the brand's position among a wide range of audiences across different island territories including Curaçao, Bonaire, St. Maarten, St. Martin, St. Barths, St. Eustatius and Saba. The advertising campaign we produced for UTS was a first step towards brand storytelling by the largest telecom in the Dutch Caribbean.
Designed the branding strategy that ultimately defined the name of the business, as well as the creation of the brand identity. Led the PR strategy that made it possible to get the news of the company launch published on important industry news outlets worldwide. Oversaw the design and development of the new company website under the new brand identity.
Helped guide and coach the marketing department of UTS towards rebranding the Chippie brand, and designing a winning strategy for the Curacao and Bonaire markets. As a result the Chippie is More campaign was created and launched into the market.
Created and produced the ONE LOVE SXM Benefit Concert that raised over 1 million guilders for the Red Cross humanitarian efforts in St. Maarten after the devastation caused by Hurricane Irma.
Led the process that successfully transformed a US$60 million residential community project into the first vacation home rental resort with hotel services in Curaçao.
Created and produced the Dushi Hende campaign and all of the activities that were developed to promote fundamental values to be applied by all stakeholders and workforce to enrich the tourism experience in Curacao. The campaign achieved to island-wide awareness of the importance of providing excellent service.
Led a team of creatives to produce one of the most innovative branding campaigns ever to be done on Youtube up to that point in time. We created an interactive game that would allow the audience to engage with the 60th anniversary video while taking a tour through the last 60 years of SEAT's history. This campaign signaled the launch of the SEAT brand as a true innovator in the digital medium.
